Hello, my name is Rachel West and I am the paralegal in the trust department. If you come to our office and Mr. Lavin recommends a trust, the steps to get that started is we would have two appointments. The first appointment you would come in and meet with me.
We would go over all of your wishes, so your beneficiaries, your trustees, things like that, and get all of the information gathered that we will need to get the trust drafted. A few weeks later we will meet again. We’ll go over the trust, sign it, notarize it, and then you have your trust binder that you’ll take with you.
